Partner in Webcom ApS – a social web agency founded in 1996, founder of Mentory – a global mentorship community. Webcom advices corporations on how to integrate the social web paradigm together with our startups produced by Webcom Labs.

I have been in the Tech industry since 1996, working as a manager and change agent in large international and national (Danish) organisations for a decade. Besides being an entrepreneur, I advise organisations on how to transform the social web into corporate value by humanizing technology. Affiliated at Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies and co-author of the first Danish Twitter book
